Globe Totters use Royal Mail for all deliveries:

Standard Delivery – Royal Mail Second Class Signed For £4.50

FREE Delivery – Royal Mail Second Class Signed For Delivery on all orders over £40.00

Next Day Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hour – £5.95

If your order is placed Monday – Friday before 12 noon we aim to post it on the same day (although this can not be guaranteed), any orders after 12 noon will be posted on the following day, any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery. If your delivery has not arrived within 2-3 working days please contact us, you can do this by emailing hello@theglobetotters.co.uk

Returns

If you would like to return your item you will need to post it back to us in the original packaging, within 30 days of the purchase, at the following address:

We will need to receive the item before we can process the refund, therefore we advise that a ‘Signed For’ service is used. The refund will not include the postage and packaging charge for the initial delivery or return.
